Hi. I recently after one shot, had to send my RM8 Varmint back with an air leak. Which I think is the regulator valve. Looking through the facebook rm8 site. It seems like this happens a lot. One sent his back 4 times. Why is this please? And are they being replaced now with better ones? Thanks. Ed

Hi Ed! I can’t comment on the gentleman who returned his 4 times as that would need to be looked into to find the exact story. But any issues we encounter are repaired by our gunsmith, with spare parts now more readily available than ever. Our returns rate on the RM8 range is very low, any warranty issues are solved as soon as possible. For more specific details relating to your own return, please liaise with the gun shop you returned your gun to and we can get the full details for you.

Hello. I’ve put rm8 UC on my buy list but impossible to find one in shop. Looks like all UK stock runs out. Wander what’s the reason for shortage. I’m worry that new year, post brexit stock will be more expensive.

Hello, thank you for reading. Yes, there have been supply issues this year unfortunately. The reasons are due to staff, production and transport delays throughout this year due to the current climate and pandemic. We have not heard of any price increases so as far as we know, the RM8 will be supplied at its current price. We don’t anticipate that will change either.
